Mr. S.S.Alam is a product of I.I.M. Ahmedabad(1976) and I.I.T. Kharagpur(1974) and a merit ranker throughout the career.  He is Chairman & Founder Member of BRAINS at WORK Pvt. Mehmood Khan

Mr. Mehmood Khan is Post Graduate in Management from IIMA. He has 36 years of vast experience. From 1982 he had been with Unilever where he served in various international capacities in Holland, Singapore, UK, India and several countries for 27 years including 11 years (1998-2009) as the ‘global leader of innovation process’. He has been ‘Regional Market Development Controller’ for Unilever Singapore and ‘Manager Pioneer Market’ for Unilever International. He has been in pioneering new Unilever business in places like Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Mongolia and North Korea, along with developing new portfolio in China and other countries in East Asia. He was nominated as Person of Year by Forbes India and accorded Bharat Samman Award for 2011 by NRI Institute. . He is now managing trustee of the Rasuli Kanwar Khan Trust (RKKT), a non-profit organization engaged in educating the people of Mewat (Haryana) on issues relating to water management, healthcare, sanitation and education, especially of girl children and women.

Mr. Amal Dhru is post graduate in management (Finance) from IIMA and additionally he is an FCA and practicing Chartered Accountant. He has a vast experience of around 36 years in financial industry. He has been Director for State Bank of Saurashtra. He has also worked as Director for various companies as Panchmahal Steel Ltd, Sirhind Steel Ltd, FXB –Suraksha, Urja Products Pvt Ltd, Comprehensive Financial Services Pvt Ltd, Pahal Financial Services Pvt Ltd, and Zilion Infraprojects Private Limited. He was Public Representative of SEBI from 1994 to 1999. He was also Chairman Local Committee of ICAI on Accounting Standards (2005-2006) and American Chamber of Commerce, Ahmedabad (2007 -2008).

He has served as the Global HR Head of 4 progressive organizations & has driven various aspects of strategic and business HR at top leadership levels across Reliance Communication, Airtel, Welspun, Ispat Group, BILT & ITC Agrotech. His experience spans across both services and manufacturing companies. He has worked in Telecom, Software, Metals & Minerals, Paper, Chemical & Diversified industry. His experience spans across various countries in 4 Continents (Asia, Africa, Europe and Americas).

Zoeb Adenwala

Mr. Zoeb is a M. Tech (Computer Engg.) from IIT Kharagpur. He has over 35 years of rich and wholesome experience in the ICT space acquired with Global Organizations in India such as Tata Consultancy Services, SKF Bearings India Ltd, EDS India, Pidilite and Essel Propack. He had an early adoption of ERP at SKF and use of latest technologies like Virtualization, Data Center consolidation and Cloud based Disaster Recovery. He has successfully rolled out Complex ERP (SAP) world-wide in 13 countries and 27 plants. He is a Governing Body Member of CIO Club of India that has 950+ Pan Indian CIOs as members. He is also Chief Patron and Center of Recognition & Excellence for CIO Choice 2013.

Amit Roy

Mr. Amit Roy has a B. Tech (hons) from IIT, Kharagpur having over 40 years of success in varied industries including FMCG, Pharma, Speciality Chemicals, Infrastructure, Metals/Minerals and Service Sector. He has worked for Tootal Plc’s Indian operations and worked as Chief Executive of their JV in Kuala Lumpur. He was for 16 years with Dabur in various enriching multi functional responsibilities in India and overseas at Senior Management and Board level. Then COO of the technically innovative Electro Steel Casting Limited, Kolkata He joined Pidilite as Director Factories Operations. He also worked as President at Chryso India, a 100% subsidiary of a leading French worldwide player operating in 4 businesses - admixtures, aluminates, mortars and painting.

Vishal Srivastava

A senior ICT executive having more than 25 years of experience with companies like Airtel, HCL, Motorola, Siemens and Sandvine. And most recently with couple of Canadian & US corporations and niche technology companies & startups. Established two Canadian companies in India in data networks policy space (sandvine.com, at the core of 4G LTE networks) and capacity/hybrid/multi beam antenna products space (cciproducts.com). Both the companies are now fully operational and have a business potential of more than $50million and beyond Vishal has taken-up a wide variety of commercial, business development and leadership roles. Passionate about creating value prepositions for new set of communication service providers & large corporates which are emerging with convergence of digital economy, telecom, social media, entertainment and analytics domains. Evangelizing this with partners, clients, standards organizations and CxO level stakeholders.
With extensive experience in solution specific assignments, Vishal has successfully managed high value deals with Telecom operators in India including a strategic deal with Reliance Jio for their 4G LTE services revenue engine and enterprise customers for Bharti Airtel in the Western India markets.
Vishal is VP – New business initiatives with BRAINS at WORK in India. He is responsible for identifying new business solutions and market segments that will accomplish our organization’s growth objectives. Vishal is a graduate of Computer Science and Engineering from Harcourt Butler Technological Institute, Kanpur, India.

Tapan Chatterjee

Dr Tapan Chatterjee is B Tech (Hons) and PhD from IIT Kharagpur and an astute professional with 39 yrs of diverse Industry experience in the fields of Fertilisers, Petrochemicals/Industrial Chemicals and Mining. His basic foundation was built on strong Values, Culture & Systems in a top notch MNC- ICI India, where he had worked for 20 yrs covering diverse functional areas including R&D;, Technical Services, Product management, Sales & Marketing and eventually managing the Business. Subsequent he worked for 19 yrs in Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemicals Corp. Ltd. Including initial 11 yrs heading the Sales & Marketing functions including Product Development and Field Application as GM / VP, followed by next 3 yrs in heading the entire operations as Chief Operating Officer and finally driving the corporate growth as President- Strategic Initiatives & Projects; also as Member, Internal Board. He is recipient of “Distinguished Alumnus Award from IIT Kharagpur in 2000 for significant contribution to the growth of Mining / Explosives Industry in India”.

Starting as a Dy. Manager Corp. HR with Oberoi Hotels, Alok rose to be the Corporate Chief - Talent Development, The Taj Group of Hotels Worldwide where he was responsible for creating, implementing, managing and facilitating a culture that envisioned each superior becoming a trainer, mentor, guide and philosopher to associates at all levels. For the Taj Group, he also set up the Institute of Hotel Management with accreditation from the best International Universities and professional bodies. Mr. Malay Banerjee

Mr. Malay Banerjee is President- Business Development for BRAINS at WORK. Mr. M K Banerjee is B.Tech(Hons ) in Chemical Engg from REC, Warangal over 30 years of experiences in various faculties i.e. manufacturing, inspection & process control, design & engg, sales & administration and thereafter in corporate functions as VP, Sr. VP and MD.
Mr. Banerjee had been a key player in launching some hi-tech products for the first time in India i.e. large dia fibre glass pipes for cross country water, sewage & effluent transmission and heat & mass transfer equipments made in carbon & graphite for various chemical process industries.
As MD, Mr. Banerjee successfully established a legal entity of a German company, right from its inception stage till setting up a manufacturing base with its design & engineering arms catering to both export and domestic market. Currently representing a German company for sales promotion & business development in industrial sector and also consulting few domestic firms in private sector in the field of industrial and energy sectors.

Rajan Vaidya

He is very dynamic strategic consultant having Masters in Strategic Management from Cass Business School, City University London (15th in the world & 3rd in UK for Masters in Strategic Management according to Financial Times Ranking). He is merit holder with distinction and among top five percentile of the batch throughout his career. He is also B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
